These are the first 2 stages that require the attention of a trained worker.
This portion of the software allows for quick and easy click and drag box selectors to mark individual labels and determinations. These coordinates are save and is sent back into the work flow. If a user is not sure what to mark they can pass and that specimen sheet will be presented to someone else. If it is skipped too many times it is put into the incidents report for the collection manager to determine the problem.
This is the most important part of the process and we are working on interface and A.I. to help aid in the accuracy of tagging a label. Each marked DwC field is created as a separate jpeg and sent out to the different user interfaces to be key stroked.
The user can use hotkeys to quickly select the DwC Field or pick from the graphical list.
